FOUNDER
Sakari Sanders
A serial entrepreneur, proud Spelman College alumna, devoted mother, and founder of ByLeCreme Home, the luxury fragrance brand she founded in 2013. What began as a passion for handcrafted candles has grown into an award-winning fragrance company known for its immersive perfume- and candle-making experiences in downtown Atlanta.
A self-taught chandler and perfumer, Sakari has spent more than a decade studying fragrance composition, product development, and scent storytelling. Through ByLeCreme, she has introduced thousands of guests to the art of fragrance while helping aspiring entrepreneurs confidently launch and grow their own fragrance brands.
Her work has been featured on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Toya & Reginae, and Queen's Court, and she is the creator and host of the Give Me Flowers podcast, a platform celebrating self-love, intentional living, and the power of scent to create meaningful memories.
In 2025 and 2026, ByLeCreme Home was named Best Candle Shop by Best of Atlanta. In 2026, Sakari received the Bloom Icon Award for Best in Beauty and was also recognized as a Best Self Atlanta Inspiring Innovator Under 40.
Today, she continues to expand the ByLeCreme brand through luxury fragrance products, immersive experiences, and private fragrance business intensives, empowering the next generation of fragrance entrepreneurs to build brands with confidence and intention.
