We use high-quality, natural soy wax for our candles. Soy wax is eco-friendly, sustainable, and provides a clean burn.

2. Are your candles scented?

Yes,  our candles are scented. We offer a variety of delightful fragrances to suit different preferences.

3. How long do your candles burn?

The burn time depends on the size of the candle. Typically, our candles have a burn time of 50-65 hours. Please refer to the product description for specific details.

4. Do you use lead-free wicks?

Absolutely! Our candles are made with 100% cotton wicks, ensuring a safe and clean burn without any harmful substances.

5. Can I customize the scent  of a candle?

Yes, we offer a curated selection of scents and vessel options. You can visit our showroom for a custom 16oz candle that can be made and picked up the same day.

6. Are your candles safe for pets and children?

Our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients, but it's always recommended to keep burning candles out of reach of pets and children. Follow safety guidelines provided with each product.

7. How should I care for my candle to maximize its lifespan?

To ensure the best performance, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, and allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container on the first burn. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary, so please check our shipping policy for more details.

9. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package. Products must be unused and still in its original packaging. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

Candle & Perfume Making Class FAQs

​

1. What will I learn in the candle and or perfume making class?

  • Our candle making class covers the basics of candle making, including different types of wax, wicks, and fragrances. You'll also learn about safety precautions and gain hands-on experience in creating our signature luxury soy candle.

  • Our perfume making class is an introductory to perfumery with a beginners blending session resulting in a 1.7oz eau de perfume. You will learn about what a fragrance is composed of and the tools and ingredients used to blend.  

2. Do I need any prior experience in candle or perfume making?

  • No prior experience is required. Our class is designed for beginners, and our experienced instructors will guide you through the entire process.

3. What materials are provided, and what should I bring?

  • We provide all the necessary materials, including wax, wicks, fragrance oils, fragrance notes , perfume carriers and vessels. Just bring your enthusiasm and creativity! 

4. How long is the class?

  • The candle class typically lasts for 1 hour and our perfume making class lasts for 1.5 hours providing ample time for instruction, hands-on practice, and Q&A sessions. 

6. Can I take home the candles and or perfume I make in the class?

  • Absolutely! You will leave the class with your own custom-crafted perfume, packaged and ready to use or gift. Showcase your newfound skills with pride!

7. Are classes customizable for special occasions or events?

  • Yes, we offer customizable classes for special occasions such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, and team-building events. Contact us for more information on private events.

8. What safety measures are in place during the class?

  • Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary safety equipment, and our instructors will guide you through proper handling of materials and tools. Please follow all safety guidelines provided during the class.

9. Can I purchase candle accessories after the class?

  • Absolutely! We have a selection of candle accessories available for purchase.

10. What is the cancellation/refund policy?

  • Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy on our website. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund.
