POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Ticket & Check-In Policy

All guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in to verify the ticket holder’s name.

All participants are required to sign a physical waiver prior to the start of the class.

Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval via email or text.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a refund.

Refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase will not be approved.

We do not offer refunds for:

Guests who arrive late or miss their scheduled class time

Guests who leave once the class has started
-
Guests who choose not to complete their product during the class

Guests who do not like the smell of the fragrance they create

On weekends, refunds are not issued for classes that begin after the scheduled ticket time.

This policy also applies to private events booked during peak weekend hours (2:00 PM–8:30 PM).
Reschedule Policy

Rescheduled tickets are valid for up to one (1) year from the original scheduled date, subject to availability.

Same-day reschedules incur a $50 fee per ticket.
A same-day reschedule is any request made on the same calendar day as the scheduled class. -
The same-day reschedule fee is waived only if there is availability in a later class that same day.

Tickets purchased within 24 hours for a same-day class are non-refundable, and this reschedule policy still applies.

Peak holiday weekends are excluded from rescheduling, including:

Valentine’s Day

Mother’s Day

Father’s Day

Winter holidays
-

Rescheduled tickets are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

Candle FAQs
1. What type of wax do you use in your candles?
We use high-quality, natural soy wax. Soy wax is eco-friendly, sustainable, and provides a clean, long-lasting burn.
2. Are your candles scented?
Yes! Our candles are scented with a curated selection of premium fragrances designed to suit a variety of preferences.
3. How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies by size. On average, our candles burn for 50–65 hours. Please refer to individual product descriptions for details.
4. Do you use lead-free wicks?
Absolutely. All of our candles are made with 100% cotton, lead-free wicks for a safe and clean burn.
5. Can I customize the scent of a candle?
Yes. You can visit our showroom to create a custom 16 oz candle, which can be made and picked up the same day.
6. Are your candles safe for pets and children?
Our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients. However, we recommend keeping all burning candles out of reach of pets and children.
7. How should I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use

Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn

Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please review our shipping policy for details.
9. What is your return policy for products?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Candle & Perfume Making Class FAQs
1. What will I learn in the classes?

Candle Making: Candle basics, wax types, wicks, fragrance blending, safety, and hands-on creation of a luxury soy candle.

Perfume Making: An introduction to perfumery, fragrance composition, and blending, resulting in a 1.7 oz eau de parfum.
2. Do I need prior experience?
No experience is required. All classes are beginner-friendly and instructor-led.
3. What materials are provided?
We provide all materials, including wax, wicks, fragrance oils, fragrance notes, perfume carriers, and vessels. Just bring your creativity.
4. How long are the classes?

Candle Making: 1 hour

Perfume Making: 1.5 hours
5. Do I take my creations home?
Yes! Guests leave with their custom candle and/or perfume, packaged and ready to use or gift.
6. Are classes customizable for events?
Yes. We offer private and customizable experiences for birthdays, bachelorettes, team-building events, and more.
7. What safety measures are in place?
Safety is our top priority. All guests receive instructions and safety guidance before beginning.
8. Can I purchase candle accessories after class?
Yes, candle accessories are available for purchase in our showroom.
